World Meditation Hour on Zoom @ Online Event

This monthly program is for holding a vision of a world at peace and contributing our thoughts, prayers and good wishes to make it happen. Through guided reflection we will move into with the deep place of peace within, and then be present with the One who is ever peaceful, the One who can make the world peaceful.  We will send peaceful vibrations around the world so that everyone everywhere may benefit from our experiences of peace. No experience in meditation needed.

Kids Class @ Online Event

Are you interested in enrolling your child in the kids class? This weekly class is for kids 5-12 years of age. It begins with one minute of meditation to start the class positively. Then, we discuss a topic such as a spiritual value.  The kids then go into breakout rooms according to their age, with a facilitator in each group. The kids engage with activities and questions to spark their creativity. In the last 15 minutes of the class, we get together as a whole group and share learnings. Like we began, the class ends with a minute of meditation.
Class may not take place on or around holidays.  Check the calendar at the registration link.

Take Time for Self Care on Zoom and Facebook Live @ Online Event

In a world full of distractions, our attention is constantly being pulled.  We can easily get caught up in things outside of us, and forget to put the necessary amount of attention within. In this session, we will present simple techniques for coming back to your natural state of peace and calm in times of stress, busyness and anxiety.
Facilitator  Kristina Kashyap is a Raja Yoga meditation teacher, holistic health coach and author.  She teaches how to create balanced and nurturing relationships with all aspects of the self: soul, body, mind, energy and emotions. Kristina likes to connect the dots of healing for a simple, practical and vibrant path forward.
