Drop In Meditation

Anyone can stop by for guided meditation in a group several times each week. These sessions are opportunities to quiet the mind, experience deep relaxation and listen to the inner voice. All are welcome – no experience is needed.

      Hello, we were in the process of adding them to the calendar. It has now been updated with the midday and evening meditation. Please take a look which would work best for you.
