A happy life begins with a healthy mind. When the mind is clear, calm and stable, it produces thoughts that are creative, positive and purposeful. We all know about physical exercise, but what is good exercise for the mind? This session will present some simple practices that can keep the mind working well in service of the higher self. We will also see how to transform unhealthy mental habits.
Presenter Mary Friedland is Coordinator of the Brahma Kumaris in Chicago and the Midwest, and a Core Team member of Transformation365.org, a provider of free online contemplative practices. She enjoys applying spiritual principles to unravel life’s knotty problems, and sharing what she has learned with others.
