In a world full of distractions, our attention is constantly being pulled.  We can easily get caught up in things outside of us, and forget to put the necessary amount of attention within. In this session, we will present simple techniques for coming back to your natural state of peace and calm in times of stress, busyness and anxiety.
Facilitator  Kristina Kashyap is a Raja Yoga meditation teacher, holistic health coach and author.  She teaches how to create balanced and nurturing relationships with all aspects of the self: soul, body, mind, energy and emotions. Kristina likes to connect the dots of healing for a simple, practical and vibrant path forward.
