Grateful for Me – In Person
At Thanksgiving, we feel a lot of gratitude. But we often overlook being grateful for the self! This workshop will provide exercises in gratitude for the self, as we move into the season of being generous with others.
In this session we will use meditation to:
- Forgive our mistakes – past is past and in the future I will do better.
- Accept our bad habits – they are here now but I can change.
- Appreciate our efforts – I am moving towards success.
- Give ourselves a gift – love, peace and happiness.
