Whether you are new to meditation, have been meditating once in a while or are a regular meditator; you are invited to join this guided meditation experience. It is based on Raja Yoga Meditation and can be practiced by people at all levels. The sessions meet on Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm. All are welcome!
