Meditation for Beginners on Zoom

Starts on Saturday Oct 30th.

This 8-session course presents a method of meditation along with guided meditation practice and the introduction of spiritual principles that provide material for deepening one’s understanding of life.  Must attend all sessions.

Saturdays & Sundays-

Oct 30-31, November 6-7, 13-14, 20-21

Saturdays 10:00 – 11:30 am CDT/CST

Sundays 11:00 am – 12:30 pm CDT/CST
