Meditation for Beginners on Zoom

Saturdays & Sundays – February 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27 from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm CT.

This 8-session course presents a method of meditation along with guided meditation practice and the introduction of spiritual principles that provide material for deepening one’s understanding of life.  Must attend all sessions.
