What we hold within our inner selves greatly impacts on our quality of life and relationships. Sometimes we can find ourselves carrying unpleasant or unnecessary memories with us as we travel through life. This seminar invites you to review what you are holding within and explore letting go of what is not necessary. We will explore the myths behind letting go, the benefits of letting go and experiment with a simple technique to let go.
Facilitator Trish Summerfield, an educator from New Zealand, who has spent the last 20 years in Asia. She is a trainer of Living Values Program and has facilitated over 140 trainings for educators, psychologists and social workers. She also developed a series of 140 TV shows on values and is the author of 3 books. Trish teaches meditation and gives workshops on self-development throughout Asia and the Pacific. Her core practice of 32 years is Raja Yoga Meditation.
