Thoughts are the building blocks of choices. When we think from a calm inner place, we can envision positive and interesting next steps in the journey of life. This is perhaps the most valuable application of clear thinking – to move our lives forward in a good direction. With a silent and clear mind, we recognize what is valuable, important and meaningful. Let’s start this new year with a journey into the silent and powerful inner self, trusting our values and using our wisdom to guide us through the unknown territory of the months ahead.
