Stability is the platform that keeps us on our feet and moving forward as events in the drama shift. Some shifts are sudden, unexpected or drastic. If our foundation of stability is weak, we get trapped in the chaos of physical threats, moral dilemmas or inner turmoil.
Within each one of us is a deep and reliable source of stability. Where do I find unshakeable stability? How can I develop this so that I stay peaceful and powerful, come what may? Sr. Kala will share her wisdom and experience on the timely topic.
Sr. Kala is the director of Peace Village Learning & Retreat Center in upstate New York. She oversees all aspects of retreats and programs for up to 500 participants with a quiet, calm demeanor and a friendly attitude towards everyone. Kala is a popular speaker throughout North America. She was previously a pediatrician in New York City.
