Meditation for Beginners – In Person
This 3-session introductory course is for those who would like to start a regular meditation practice. It presents a method of meditating along with guided meditation practice and the introduction of spiritual principles that provide material for deepening one’s understanding of life.
The course meets on July 11, 18 and 25. Must attend all 3 sessions.
