Workshop – Be Your Own Best Friend – In Person
Everyone needs a friend who is understanding, supportive, honest and positive. Wouldn’t it be great to have that kind of friend all the time? As spiritual beings, we have both the ability and the responsibility to keep ourselves happy and healthy. This workshop will illustrate ways that we can support our inner health and happiness by being a true and steadfast friend to the self. Tea will be served.
