Each day, a topic for reflection is presented, and meditation is guided. All are welcome – join whenever you can, either on line or in person.
Evening Meditation

This evening meditation guides people towards the quiet inner space. In this space, we can let go of tangled thoughts, reflect peacefully on the learning of the day, and foresee new spiritual growth in the day to come. All are welcome – join whenever you can, either on line or in person.

World Meditation Hour
